Glenrothes Town Festival at Riverside Park

Our fun day brings the community together at Riverside Park. With limited funding, we’re seeking support to deliver a safe, inclusive event.

We’ve spent the past few months organising car boot events. This summer, we’re taking that vision further with a full community festival at Riverside Park. Our idea is simple but powerful: a day filled with live music, local stalls, children’s entertainment and activities that celebrate the creativity, talent and spirit of Glenrothes. We want families to make memories, small businesses to shine, and neighbours to feel part of something bigger.

To make this happen, we’re raising funds to cover the essential costs that turn a good event into a great one — staging, sound, children’s activities, safety measures, equipment, and the practical things that ensure the day runs smoothly. Every contribution helps us create a festival that is free to attend, inclusive for all ages, and truly community‑led.

Our vision is to build an annual summer celebration that grows year after year, strengthening local pride and giving Glenrothes something joyful to look forward to. With the community’s support, we can make this year’s festival the start of something lasting.
