We’re planning on opening the doors to a brand new space - a home for all of Studio Chocolate’s offerings… and so much more.
Something incredible is coming… and I need your help.
You’ve been asking. I’ve been dreaming. And now... it’s time. After months of quiet planning (and years of your gentle nudges!), I’m finally ready to share the beginning of something new: a whole new chapter for Studio Chocolate.
If you’ve missed popping in for a coffee and a treat from the bakery, grabbing a bar of chocolate on the way to see a friend, or just being part of a sweet little corner of the city where creativity and community came together– you’re not alone! I’ve missed it too.
And now, something special is taking shape. We’re planning on opening the doors to a brand new space. Your neighbourhood sweet spot. A home for all of Studio Chocolate’s offerings… and so much more.
What is it?
Think: a beautifully curated space that invites you to slow down and savour every bite.

Workshops where you can temper, taste and talk chocolate with us
Thoughtfully sourced ingredients, treats and gifts from our favourite local independents
A café with specialty coffee, iced drinks, matcha, our signature hot chocolate + fresh bakes
A chocolate cabinet brimming with handmade bonbons to choose your favourite flavours from
A space for events, supper clubs and so much more
This is more than just a shop. It’s the next era of everything we’ve built, and a space to take it so much further. I’d love for you to be a part of it!
Why we’re crowdfunding
This new space is rooted in our mission to make Studio Chocolate more accessible, more connected and more exciting than ever. Currently, our chocolate studio is hidden away on the first floor of a city centre building– yes it’s beautiful, but it’s definitely hard to find, and not accessible to all.
This new home, in West Bridgford (close to Nottingham city centre) will bring everything to ground level, with better parking, transport links and full accessibility in mind. And, for the first time ever, people will be able to see, smell and savour every part of Studio Chocolate all under one roof!
Why now?
Over the last 2 years since we closed our beloved shop, I've taken a lot of time working out where to take the business, what I want, and what you want. From feedback it seems a lot of you love shopping with us directly, and I am really missing it. I have found the perfect space for us to make our own, and it really feels made for us.
For me, this is exactly what I've always dreamed of for Studio Chocolate. Every aspect of the business under one roof. I have learnt so much in the first 9 years of this business, and I feel now is the perfect time to take all the knowledge and experience I have gained and filter it all into this new venture.
But building something this beautiful takes a little help. Your pledges will go toward:
Renovating the property, fitting out the workshop + retail space
Building the chocolate cabinet of dreams
Sourcing specialist equipment for drinks + bakes
Creating a space that’s functional, inclusive and stunning (of course!)
