Every young person deserves the chance to be heard, understood, and supported. But right now, too many are being held back by anxiety, depression, trauma, or overwhelming pressure - and financial barriers mean they can’t get the help they need.
At Relate Mid & East Surrey, we're on a mission to change that.
With your help, we can provide free counselling for young people and their families across our community. Your donation will go directly towards:
- One-to-one counselling for young people facing emotional or mental health struggles
- Support for parents and families, helping them build stronger, more understanding relationships
- Workshops in schools and communities, giving adults the tools to spot early signs of distress and offer real help
