Help STAYs create a magical moment at Tottenham Stadium! Support our banner project for Stray Kids this July. Every donation counts.
Our Vision
We're a team of dedicated STAYs with a singular mission: to create an unforgettable moment of connection between Stray Kids and their fans at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium18th & 19th July 2025.
Imagine 60,000 hearts beating as one across two nights, as a sea of coordinated banners transforms the stadium into a spectacular display of love. This isn't just a banner project — it's a love letter from STAYs to Stray Kids, a visual representation of our collective appreciation that transcends language barriers.
Fan banner projects are a cherished tradition in K-pop culture, creating magical moments that artists remember long after the tour ends. These coordinated displays show our favourite artists just how much they mean to us, while fostering a powerful sense of community amongst fans. For many of us attending, this will be our first opportunity to see Stray Kids live in London — what better way to welcome them than with a united message of love?
Who We Are
We're an international volunteer team of passionate STAYs with backgrounds in event planning, graphic design, and project management.
We're fans first and foremost — channelling our love for Stray Kids into creating something truly special that honours both the group and the dedication of our STAY community.
Our Fundraising Goal: £3,000
To make this vision a reality, we need to produce and distribute a minimum of 10,000 banners across both concert dates. Your contributions will directly fund:
- Banner Production (£2,500): Professional printing of 10,000 double-sided, banners in premium materials that photograph beautifully
- Distribution & volunteer support (£200): Information cards, distribution tables, storage containers, and transportation costs
- Rewards (£300): Professional design rewards

Project Funding Update (01/04/2025)
Important Information for All Supporters
We've received preliminary information that Live Nation may be considering involvement in the banner project for Stray Kids' London concerts. While we await official confirmation, we want to ensure complete transparency about how your contributions will be used.
Current Fundraising Status
We are continuing our fundraising efforts for several important reasons:
- We will still need to print banners for sponsors who have contributed at tiers that include physical items
- Postage, packaging, and printing costs remain essential expenses
- We must ensure the project proceeds regardless of Live Nation's final decision
Fund Allocation Plan
Should Live Nation choose to formally support this project (typically confirmed approximately 20 days before the concert):
- All necessary production costs for sponsored items will be covered first
- All remaining funds will be directed to charitable organisations
- Sponsor benefits will remain unchanged regardless of Live Nation's involvement
Charity Selection Process
In the event of excess funds, we commit to:
- Identifying several charitable organisations aligned with STAY community values
- Conducting a vote amongst all sponsors to determine which charities receive support
- Providing complete documentation of all donations made
- Maintaining full financial transparency throughout the process
Our Commitment
We pledge to keep all supporters promptly informed about:
- Any communications with Live Nation regarding the project
- The status of banner production and distribution plans
- Financial updates and charity selection progress
