New stretch target
If we reach our target we would like to invest in laptops and wifi for improved digital learning during classroom sessions.
We would like to convert an underused storage area into a multipurpose area including a junior room for our after school Rugby Academy.

We would like to respond to the change of timetable by Angus Council secondary schools that has created extra curricular opportunities for young people on Friday afternoons. Read more here: https://scrummagazine.com/strathmore-sharks-introduce-new-rugby-academy/
We propose to set up an after school Rugby Skills Academy supported by a wider programme of health based educational activities using qualified coaches & specialists, in partnership with Angus Alive.
The programme is free to all Young People (Both boys & girls) of secondary school age. Sessions will be held at our clubhouse from 2.00pm to 4.00pm every Friday afternoon and we will run a free minibus to and from Kirriemuir.
We intend to enhance their experience by converting an under used storage area into a multipurpose area that would serve as a junior room, a community meeting room and development classroom. We would also like to purchase a laptop, LCD projector & display screen for digital learning & teaching, as well as, carrying out video analysis for tactical development sessions.
