Together we must stop developers from building on the dwindling North Kent Fruit Belt. This prime agricultural land is part of our local history and they want to build a huge development including over 1250 houses, stripping thousands of pollinators, mammals, birds and insects of their food and homes. 

Connecting roads are country lanes with a 20 mph limit and cannot be widened. NHS services are closing in places and the rest are over-run with patients. 

1250 homes will mean thousands of new residents, straining services even further and increasing the number of cars on the roads in an area that simply cannot cope.

We must spread the word to local residents and stop this proposal. I need your support to print leaflets, posters and large banners so our community can make their voice heard. We must show the developers and Medway Council that we as a community treasure these green spaces and want to preserve them NOT bulldoze them and cover them in concrete!

• £50 will inform 1000 local residents of these plans with leaflets delivered by volunteers

• £20 will put a protest banner in a highly visible location

We will be running a separate crowdfunding page so we can employ specialists and fight this battle with independent expert objections.
