Stonehouse Warm Welcome aims to give a warm space for people of Stonehouse and surrounding villages. Come along and get a free hot drink.
Who are we?
Sally and Sally-anne run the Auld Stanehoose Cross Cafe, a community cafe where you can get warm freshly cooked food or hot drinks.
Community impact
The cafe provides a much needed service for the people of Stonehouse and beyond where people can come for a warm welcome and get a free hot drink.
Why are we crowdfunding?
Auld Stanehoose Cross Cafe is run by volunteers for the benefit of people from Stonehouse and beyond, so we are crowdfunding to help them with increased costs.
How we’ll spend the money raised
With energy costs at an all-time high we are crowdfunding to help the Auld Stanehoose Cross Cafe with extra costs for heating the cafe during the warm welcome days.
Co-op Warm Spaces Funding Boost has provided £1,280 of match funding
This project successfully funded on 4th January 2023
