Aim

We want to spread positivity and confidence by getting the nation moving with our fun and empowering online dance classes for all ages.

Hello! Thank you for reading! We are Steppin' UP, a not for profit organisation who shape empowered, body-confident people through dance in a non-judgmental, positive environment. We want to share what we do with you online!

We help people express themselves and find self-acceptance through commercial dance classes. Our supportive, encouraging classes teach children, teenagers and adults to dance, of course, but more importantly to feel positive, proud and powerful.

Like many businesses, we aren't able to run our usual classes in Hampshire due to Covid-19, which puts our company in a vulnerable financial position. But WE CAN teach you online and we want to get as many families, teenagers and adults involved to get you feeling positive and good about yourselves in these unusual times. We hope to raise £2000 through Crowdfunder to help ensure our future, but importantly we also want to help and protect our community and bring some dance to your living rooms! 

Each week we have Facebook Live classes, Zoom classes and recorded content on our Steppin' UP Online closed Facebook group and you are invited to join us! So whether you'd like to Wake UP and Shake with us, learn a new routine or join our Saturday morning 'Vanquish' class for Adults to stay sassy in these times, we would love to see and hear from you. If you are able to manage a donation we would be very grateful, if you can't - please like and share our campaign to help us.
