Aim
Leaving an abusive home on Universal Credit. Help me raise for a deposit and rent on a safe place of my own.
I'm 29 and I've spent years living in an abusive household. I'm leaving, but on Universal Credit alone I can't cover a deposit, the first month's rent and moving costs, and I've run up debt trying to survive.
I'm applying for jobs every week and I've worked steadily when I've had the chance. All I need is a safe, stable place to get back on my feet.
I'm raising £3000 for a deposit, rent in advance and moving costs for a safe, stable place of my own, should be enough. Every pound helps, and I'll post an update once I'm in.
