The aim of our project is to provide a safe, inclusive space for people with additional needs and life threatening illnesses to exercise.
The Inclusive Hub empower marginalised groups by providing free inclusive fitness and community programmes to people living with additional needs and life threatening illnesses. We have our own facility which is open 7 days per week and is dedicated to changing the lives of people less fortunate by providing a safe space for inclusive fitness, community programmes and a friendly chat.
Our work is a life line to thousands of people across Merseyside and has been since 2016.

At The Inclusive Hub, we believe everyone deserves the chance to move, connect, and thrive — no matter their ability, background, or circumstances. Based in Merseyside, we run 10 community programmes that offer inclusive fitness sessions for children and adults with additional needs, disabilities, and life-limiting illnesses.
From young people with autism to older adults recovering from stroke, our sessions provide more than exercise — they offer a safe, welcoming space where people feel valued, empowered, and part of a community.
We’ve supported thousands of individuals and families across the region, helping improve physical health, build confidence, reduce isolation, and bring joy through movement. Our impact can be seen in every smile, every achievement, and every person who walks through our doors and feels like they finally belong.
We’re crowdfunding to continue our morning sessions that support people over 50 who are living with serious life threatening issues like:
🧠 Parkinson’s Disease
🦽 Multiple Sclerosis
❤️ Heart Conditions
🕊️ Bereavement
🧩 Learning Difficulties
These sessions are more than just exercise. They’re a lifeline.
They help people rebuild strength, confidence, and purpose. They reduce isolation, improve mental health, and bring together a community that truly looks out for each other.
We run 10 community programmes like this — and every single one is free to those who need it most.
But to keep going, we need your support.
Whether you can give £5 or £50, every donation will help us:
✅ Cover costs of equipment and facilities
✅ Fund qualified, inclusive coaches
✅ Provide a safe, welcoming space for people who need it most
💚 If you believe in inclusion, dignity, and community — please back The Inclusive Hub today. Together, we can continue changing lives, one session at a time.

All money raised will go directly into providing free inclusive morning sessions at the Inclusive Hub.
