The first ever Stamford World Cook Book! With exciting recipes from Turkey to Guyana, Ecuador to Poland and Venezuela to Japan; all cooked up by Stamfordians from diverse cultures and ethnicities across the globe.
This book gives all Stamfordians a wonderful opportunity to cook up a storm, whilst celebrating the different cultures and ethnicities present in the Stamford area. Savour the story of each recipe, its cultural significance and personal meaning, whether you’re a vegan, vegetarian or meat lover.
This is the first fundraising activity by the Stamford Anti-Racism Group (SARG): all proceeds will go towards the SARG Stamford Diversity Festival, planned for 30th August 2021 (August Bank Holiday Monday), COVID permitting.
The Stamford Anti-Racism Group needs your support. This beautiful, full-colour recipe book costs £11, so please pledge £11 to ensure you can get your hands on a copy. You can be part of making this the first of a series of successful activities celebrating Stamford. Once the target is reached/exceeded, the books will be ordered and you will be able to collect your copy from a local shop in Stamford!
