Aim
To raise enough funds to run our food bank @ St. Matthias for another year. Our food bank started in 2020 & we delivered 23,800 bags so far.
St Matthias Community Centre has been running community Project for over 31 years and has been a Community Hub for all.
We call it The Village Hall and it is open to all faith and non. We are open 365 days a year including Christmas day. St Matthias is home to several projects and one of which is the food bank. Our food bank started in 2020 and has delivered 23,800 bags so far to date, we believe with the cost of living rising and post co-vid it was a life saver for our local community.
THE FUNDS WILL BE USED TO TOP UP OUR FOOD BANK OVER THE YEAR AND TO PAY FOR OVERHEAD COST OF THE FACILITY.
