We provide a secure, fixed-address mailbox for veterans and blue light workers, who’ve lost their home or never had one.

I’m Dean Wormleighton, founder of Squaddie Box CIC—a community interest company born from 35 years of military, police and frontline service. As a disabled veteran with ADHD, dyslexia, and PTSD, I’ve lived through the cracks that so many fall into. That’s why I created Squaddie Box: to offer dignity, stability, and support to those often forgotten.
Our core service is simple but life-changing
A secure, fixed-address mailbox for veterans and blue light workers who’ve lost their home—or never had one.
More than just a Mailbox
Without an address, you can’t get ID. Without ID, you can’t access housing, jobs, or benefits. A secure mailbox isn’t just a box—it’s a gateway back to society.
Alongside this, we offer mentoring, neurodivergent advocacy and practical training. We are trusted because we’ve lived it. We speak the same language. And we never walk away.
Why we need you
We need your help to fund more mailboxes, grow outreach and keep our service free to those who need it most.
