Aim

Grassroots not for profit football club in desperate need of new changing facilities. Modernization required for junior & disability players

  • Who are we?
Sporting Weston F.C. is a very popular football club based in W-s-M (at Kewstoke Village Hall to be exact), North Somerset.  The club has very strong links to the local community.  This year has seen the expansion to 4 adult teams & 5 junior age groups.

Community impact

The club requires a new changing facility that can cater for child players and players with disabilities.

Due to restrictions and planning permission issues the new showers, toilets and changing area will be constructed from a storage container/porta cabin similar to the image depicted below.

The changing facility will be accessible to all clubs & interested parties affiliated to Kewstoke Village Hall, this includes Kewstoke School, Scouts & Little Feet Organisation.

Why are we crowdfunding?

The current changing facility breaches child protection laws and lacks access for those with disabilities - we need a more inclusive facility so everyone can participate in football safely.

How we’ll spend the money raised
