Aim
Bath City Farm allows people to spend a day out, meet farm animals and access vital green space. I am raising money to maintain the site.
The Bath City Farm provides support for those young and old needing extra help, a free resource for families, and a facility to allow people to just get outside, so important to improve mental health. Having retired and come home to Bath, I am delighted to have become a Trustee for this wonderful Bath institution. On Tuesday 29th November, I am walking from my home in Bathampton to the farm and back (10 miles) taking in some of Bath's best views: the skyline, Bathwick Meadow, Alexandra Park, the Canal, the river and most importantly the wonderful view from the farm. Any money I raise will go towards maintaining the farm so it can continue to expand its wonderful programmes for those that need extra help, maintain the animals and keep the farm free at the point of access for all.
