This is a Crowdfunding campaign run by Middleton Towers Railway Station Community Interest Company, a non-profit company (company no: 15517210). All money raised will be ring fenced for the urgent restoration of the platform canopy.
This is a Crowdfunder to raise the funds necessary to restore the canopy.
By sponsoring a us, you will receive:
Receiving your thank you letter or email:
During or after the closure of the Crowdfunder, you will be emailed directly from our Crowdfunder account, to request your email address or postal address where you would like your thank you from the group's founder. Postage will be free of charge.
How will the book look like? What can I have next to my donation?
The book will be hardback and will be listed from 1 to 500, with the first donor being number 1, second being number 2, etc.
You will have the option to have the following written next to your number:
How will the website look?
Alongside the book will be an article on our website (www.middletontowers.org.uk), with the numbers between 1 to 500 in order, the same as the book. However, only a name will be next to your number on our website.
How will any remaining money be spent?
Every penny will be spent on the project, so if there are remaining funds after the canopy, this will be spent on the rest of the project from the roof to the canopy and the floor works.
What will happen if more than £5,000 is raised, or if the full £5,000 is not needed for the brickwork?
Donations beyond the £5,000 target will still be ring fenced for the canopy, as it will likely cost more than £5,000 to restore.
Lifetime project memberships are also available!
For a £250 donation, you will receive:
