Aim

Yezidi families are suffering so much. These are survivors of genocide, struggling to survive in camps. You can make a real difference!

The displaced Yezidi people in Kurdistan/Iraq are surviving at barely subsistence level, receiving the bare minimum in basic foods and relying on hand outs from neighbours and aid workers. It should not be  this way! They have survived a truly horrific genocide and many have escaped years of torture at the hands of Isis.

These gentle, peaceful people have no choice but to accept this fate and the conditions they are living in are far from adequate. There are many orphans who need support and many elderly who are caring for them but also need care themselves. They need help with school uniforms and books, medication and hospital visits, transport, clothes, shoes, extra food..all the things we take for granted. They have no access to employment and are not free to live where they choose in safety.

We can do so much better. Please help them to live with a bit of dignity and enable them to have at least something!!...Anything is better than nothing and every small amount you give will be divided up between the families. This will be documented and photographic evidence provided if they consent.
