The Cause
Millions of lives are still lost each year across communities in Sub-Saharan Africa. Every three minutes, a woman dies from pregnancy- or childbirth-related causes, and over 7,000 children under five die every day from preventable causes.
Spirit Health Foundation is a UK charity working to change this. We equip local health workers with smart technology to deliver life-saving screenings and care in underserved communities across Ethiopia, Kenya, Eswatini and South Africa.
We’ve already provided vital care to over 100,000 people, particularly women and children. But we’re just getting started. Our ambition is to reach 30 million people with the life-saving healthcare they urgently need over the next five years.
