Aim
To create a community engagement café to provide ongoing support to anyone from the local community with any wellbeing or life issue needs
Who are we?
Spacious Place is part of Thurrock Christian Fellowship Church which seeks to serve the local community of Thurrock and beyond.
Why are we crowdfunding?
This is one of the best ways to communicate our latest project and vision to help people in our community. We have also managed to secure match funding through Aviva Insurance Community Fund for any amount given.
How we’ll spend the money raised
We have built the café now we need to meet the start up costs e.g. catering equipment, crockery, utensils, drinks and coffee machines etc - as well as paying staff some wages !
We would like to be in a position where the guests that we help are provided with free refreshments.

Co-op Warm Spaces Funding Boost has provided £2,375 of match funding
