Aim
We are seeking to raise the £500 deposit to enter a candidate for the South Staffordshire constituency in the June General Election.
Having formed only six months ago we now have a full slate of candidates standing in the South Staffordshire council elections on May 4th. We now want to give the people of South Staffordshire the opportunity to vote Green in the fast approaching General Election in June. To allow us to do so we need to urgently raise the sum of £500 for the deposit required for a candidate to stand.
As our party was only founded some months ago, we haven't been able to build up a 'fighting fund' yet and we have very little time available to raise the funds needed. We therefore need your help. Would you be prepared to contribute to that deposit? Even a few pounds will help us towards our goal.
