South Downs Way - Winchester to Eastbourne

Aim

Opportunity to slow down, reconnect w nature, challenge myself, and raise money for a charity that supports mental health every single day.

Like many people, I’ve experienced periods where life feels noisy, overwhelming, or emotionally exhausting. 

Mind provides vital help, information, and support to people facing mental health struggles, and I’m proud to support their work through this journey.

Starting in Winchester on Monday the 25th of May and taking 8/9 days. The journey itself will be 114 miles with the ups and downs to my B and B's. There will undoubtedly be sore feet, wrong turns, early starts, and moments where I question the decision to do this halfway up a hill… but that’s all part of the adventure righttttt?

Any donation, no matter the size, would mean a huge amount both to me and to Mind.
