Souad Mhani is fundraising for SLMCC Mosque

Aim

Souâd Mhani is raising funds for SLMCC mosque to repay the Qardh Hasan (goodly loan)

I am raising funds for SLMCC mosque.

Where the money goes: the funds will strictly go towards repaying the Qardh Hasan (goodly loan)  that we obtained in 2019 to purchase a £2million property. 

The property will InShaa’Allah be used to create higher education courses/programs as well as activities for our youth. We will look to create programs that teaches the key Islamic disciplines (Fiqh, Hadith, etc) whilst also hoping to equip students with the skills to specifically navigate through the modern British context.

On a separate note, we are currently in communication  with the council in regard to obtaining planning permission on the property. This relates to changing the current use of the building to ensure it can also be used as a centre of learning. We are hoping this will be concluded  InSha’Allah this year.

Together, we can help SLMCC to repay Qardh Hasan (fair loan).
