Help Move Sol Bistro after the sale of their current premises which they’ve called home for nearly 5 years 😢

Sol Bistro started as a small independent café built on a simple idea — great coffee, quality food, and a welcoming space for our local community. From day one, it’s been about creating somewhere people genuinely enjoy spending time, whether that’s a quick coffee or a relaxed brunch with friends.

We’re a small, hands-on team who care deeply about what we do. Everything has been built from the ground up — learning as we go, listening to our customers, and constantly improving. Over time, we’ve built a loyal customer base, and the support we’ve had so far is what’s made this next step possible.

Due to our current premises being sold, we’ve been given an unexpected opportunity to move just a few doors down into a much larger space. Rather than seeing this as a setback, we see it as a chance to grow into the business we’ve always wanted to create.

Our vision is to transform Sol Bistro into a full day-to-evening destination. A place that starts with coffee and brunch in the morning, then evolves into a relaxed bistro and bar in the evening — somewhere people can eat, drink, and socialise in a warm, inviting setting.

We already have the foundations in place — our team, our customers, and most of the equipment we need. The funds we raise will go directly into bringing this new space to life, including a commercial kitchen setup, refurbishing the interior into a proper bistro environment, creating a small bar area, and adding more seating to welcome even more people.

This isn’t about starting from scratch — it’s about building on what’s already working and taking it to the next level. With your support, we can create something really special for our community.
