Help us deliver a fantastic new pavilion that Snitterfield can be proud of. A much-needed facility for sport and community events
Snitterfield Cricket Club, with support from the Parish Council, is raising funds to provide a much-needed replacement on the playing field. We are a Community Amateur Sports Club providing regular cricket matches and training.

Our very popular All Stars programme attracts over 60 children of primary school age each year, offering them a fun introduction to the game and team sport in general.

The pavilion supports activities on the 6 acre village playing field; not just sport but also community events such as the Annual Village Fete. The existing pavilion is not fit-for-purpose. It is in a very poor state of repair, has issues with asbestos and ventilation, and lacks ECB-compliant changing facilities.

The building shell will be provided by Passmores, who have extensive experience of supplying Sports Pavilions and have recently supplied a near-identical pavilion to Kineton CC. The key features of the planned building are:
We have estimated the project cost at around £160k. This is based on an actual quotation from Passmores and research into similar projects, including the recently-completed pavilion at Kineton. The cricket club has already raised £50k through years of fundraising efforts, and we have further opportunities to secure grants, loans, donations and sponsorship. This crowdfunding effort forms a vital part of this budget, and your support will help turn this dream into a reality!
Our campaign is being supported by Places and Spaces – Sport England’s Extra Funding Scheme to unite communities as part of the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games - recognising that our new pavilion will bring the following benefits:
We want to recognise everyone who helps us deliver his project, so if you donate at least £100 you will have the option of appearing on the Centurion honours board which will be fixed to the pavilion.

There are four simple ways to help us reach our target, and make this project a reality.
1. Make a pledge. Don’t delay if you’re going to support us because momentum is key to our success!
2. Spread the word. Share our project on your social media pages and tell the world to get behind us! The more people we reach, the more support we will get.
3. Offer rewards. Get involved if you are a local business by donating things we can offer to our supporters. We will give you a shout out!
4. Fundraise for us. If you want to run your own fundraiser – maybe a sponsored activity or similar – use the 'contact project' button at the top of our page to let us know. Setting up your own page only takes a few minutes and you won’t need any bank details. Just a fun idea!
