ON A MISSION TO REDUCE FOOD WASTE AND CREATE MORE TASTE. We transform imperfect fruit into perfect, delicious air dried fruit crisps.

WE LOVE THE CURVES AND ALL THE EDGES

40% of all fruit produced in the UK never make it into supermarkets simply because they’re not ‘’pretty’’ enough. 

This is not a beauty contest, and it will never be, if it’s safe to eat who cares about aesthetics? 

We work with British Farmers and fruit vendors helping them to become more sustainable economically and environmentally friendly by saving their fruit which they can't sell.

We then transform these imperfect fruits into perfect delicious air dried fruit crisps to act on food waste.  Güsto was born out of the desire to make a change and I am on a mission not only to create snacks but also to use my brand to inspire our society towards a better food system.

WE WANT TO MAKE A BIGGER IMPACT!!

Till date we have been able to save over 50 kg of fruit that would have otherwise be wasted to make snacks which we  donated to charities and sold into our local market. There is so much more we want to do to prevent tonnes of fresh fruit from going to waste.
