Business should be a force for good

SMF Capital recruits the people who hold some of the most accountable roles in UK financial services: Senior Managers approved by the regulator to run regulated firms with integrity. Accountability, transparency and doing the right thing are at the heart of our work, and we believe they should shape how a business gives back too.

As part of a group of specialist recruitment practices that includes NED Capital, FD Capital, Exec Capital and Accountancy Capital, we've quietly supported a number of good causes over the years:

• an orphanage caring for children affected by the war in Ukraine
• Beam, the London charity helping people facing homelessness into work
• environmental projects through tree planting

We're now bringing that support together into the SMF Capital Good Causes Fund, so our network, clients and candidates can give alongside us.

Every pound goes to the charities

We're doing this differently from most business-led fundraising. SMF Capital pays for everything else itself: the platform, administration, reporting and our team's time. None of your donation is used for costs. Every pound you give is passed directly to the charities below.
