SmartLips - LipReading App for iPhone+Andriod

Aim
To create an application that can work with iphone and android software to read lips for people who are in ill health or deaf.
Recently my grandmother went into a coma due to a brain injury, once awakened and being connected to a life support machine via her throat her voice was unable to be heard. As we visited the hospital for weeks she was getting increasingly frustrated as were we that we couldnt get us to understand her. Also we were annoyed with ourselves we couldnt get her.
This app will use the smartphone camera to read the lips and supply an answer on what the person is trying to say, this will be a download appliction. The money will help to employee a programmer the relevant software and some marketing.
