We are looking to raise money to Launch and grow our online letting agents. We want to maximise online sales.

Smart Moov - The Smarter way to rent property. 

Renting a property and finding a good tenant doesn't need to be stressful, expensive or complicated. We came up with the secure concept of setting up a brand new way to rent, a smarter way. Self service renting. 

The customer decides how much or how little involvement they wahnt when it comes to setting up their tennacy and we take care of the rest. The Landlord initially has the option of uploading a 100% free advert and will be provided with a Basic package, they then have the option to upgrade their package. 

The great thing is, we do not charge any hidden fees, any renewal fees, any chnage of mind fees and their are no lengthy contracts and Landlords have the option to cancel anytime. 

It is a refereshing way to rent, and can save the Landlord over £650 average on agent fees. If the Landlord does set up a basic package they then have the option to purchase add on's such as Gas safety checks, Credit checks, and documentation. Prices starting at just £15. 

It's a service that does what it says on the tin. 

Why am I setting this up?

Well I am a women age 35. It has been my dream to un tangle the property rental process for about 5 years, I worked in a  estate agents for 3 years and sometimes felt like a crook with some of the fees I was expected to take from my customers. In the back of my mind I was always thinking  'if things were done this way or that way' and if we just charged this instaed of that we would have a larger customer base' and it work's. Lower fees dont mean Lower profits quite the opposite. 

It's time to shake up the property market and dop things a little differently. Be Honest and make our customers, smile. that's what creates reepeatr customer and 5 star reviews.
