Sing Along the River is back on Thursdays 10th & 31st August 2023 5pm to 10pm - we are fundraising for a wheelchair ramp and the new canopy
Sing Along the River is a free and much-loved showcase of community choirs and singing groups in Cornwall.

The event is free and run by a fab team of volunteers. The performances are set within Lostwithiel's Parade Gardens on our community stage and under a new (borrowed) canopy, along side the River Fowey.

All proceeds from these concerts support the amazing free events and community celebrations Lostwithiel's groups put on and the ongoing upkeep and renewal of the events equipment that everyone in Lostwithiel can use for FREE.

The stage, bars, gazebos, lighting equipment and stretch tents we have are used all year round and support The Rotary, LostFest, GinFest, Carnival Week, Lostwithiel Community Centre, Lostwithiel Business Group, Kate Mooney's Dance and Theatre School and will support Radio Four's Any Questions, which is being held at The Community Centre on the 1st of September 2023.

This year we want to raise funds for a wheelchair ramp and the new canopy, which we have been loaned for the season by a generous member of the community. The wheelchair ramp will ensure that all singers, whatever their needs, can enjoy performing. The ramp will also be available for other events and can be borrowed by other organisations.
This project successfully funded on 4th September 2023
