Raising money for CALM (campaign against living miserably) in memory of John Storey.

A factory lapierre team jersey from Loic's final year in junior signed by Loic Bruni, Sam Blenkinsop, Emeline Ragot and Loris Vergier.

The Cause
CALM aka Campaign Against Living Miserably.
As you may be aware a few years ago our friend John Storey passed away. He was a cornerstone of the mountain biking community in the North East and an inspiration to thousands of people. from trail building and content creation and giving opportunities and guidance to younger riders over the best part of two decades. Everyone knew and loved John, either through his professional work, or through his escapades on a bike. John truly epitomised the phrase 'the life of the party'. You'd always hear him laughing before you saw him,
I hope to raise some money for a worthy cause, in the memory of John and the mountain bike community he found solace in.100% of the money will be donated to CALM, a charity which is making a great difference in the lives of thousands of people who may otherwise be suffering in silence with their mental health. Mountain biking for all of us is an escape, for some more than others, and the money raised could go a long way to allowing others some escapism.
