New stretch target
If we manage to break our target, all the extra money raised will be split between the development fund and our nominated charity 'Remarkable Ronnie'.
Our project is the official 2021 SHU Rugby nude charity calendar and behind the scenes film.
This year it's the 20th Anniversary calendar, and once again we will be raising money for our nominated charity and for the club's Community Development Fund.
This year is extra special. Not only has the SHU Rugby calendar project been running for 20 years, but this year our nominated charity is very close to home and means a lot to us.
This year's nominated charity is for 'Remarkable Ronnie', the son of one of our former players. Ronnie is a determined two year old with Cerebral Palsy. Ronnie's CP affects all four of his limbs, and he also suffers from epilepsy and a cortical visual impairment. Ronnie cannot roll unaided, sit, crawl or walk. Ronnie's capacity to speak is affected and he has swallowing difficulties.

We are doing this Crowdfunder campaign to cover the cost of the printing of the calendars in order that all the takings from the calendar sales go directly to the Just4Children 'Remarkable Ronnie' charity.

We have been producing fundraising calendars since 2001 and the accompanying behind the scenes 'Making of...' films since 2007, and through these projects we have supported dozens of charities.

SHU Rugby will donate 100% of the cover price from the sale of every single calendar to the 'Remarkable Ronnie' campaign, plus a further £1 from the sale of every film download.
The remainder of the takings from the film sales goes directly to the club's Community Development Fund. This fund is used to encourage and enable young people to join the club and take up sport in a safe, supportive and inclusive environment with professional coaches and equipment. The fund also helps in making the club more accessible by subsiding costs, and making taking part more affordable.
