We have not been able to safely reopen our Education & Discovery Centre due to the COVID-19 pandemic. During the past decade alone, we had welcomed over 50,000 students to formal education sessions, and over 750,000 visitors to our Discovery Centre. Due to space restrictions this has not been possible since 20 March, and all school visits had to be cancelled for the year. With your help, we are aiming to renovate this educational facility to make it safe place for visitors to come and explore the natural world and enthuse young minds.
We are hoping to make these essential future-proofing alterations during the winter, to allow us to welcome back schools at the start of the new season.
