Turkey (Türkiye) and Syria Earthquakes Emergency Appeal
Thousands of families have lost their homes after a series of powerful earthquakes ravaged southern Turkey (Türkiye) and northern Syria.
The humanitarian need is immense and growing – it's the most devastating earthquake to hit the region in 100 years and could become the worst. The earthquakes destroyed thousands of homes, leaving people homeless. Freezing temperatures, snowfall and heavy rain pose a real threat to life for people whose homes are now rubble or unsafe to use.
