Aim
Legal fund to support Street Tree Campaigners arrested during peaceful protests in Sheffield
Campaigners against Street Tree Fellings in Sheffield have been arrested while peacefully protesting on the street. This fund will be used to support the legal and court costs and any fines imposed.
The fund is administered by Chris Rust and Helen McIlroy of the Save Nether Edge Trees Group.
At the administrators' discretion, any surplus will be used for other legal costs incurred by the campaign, or else donated to a legal charity.
