Thank you to all the kind people, we managed £500! And now we aim to #punchHigher… I will shave my off more facial hair.

I am raising money for Mental Health Research UK, the first UK charity dedicated to raising funds for research into mental illnesses, their causes and cures. Anything you can contribute towards helping me achieve my target will be massively appreciated.

#grateful that we now talking about mental health openly, but we are but scratching the surface.
