Aim: Romeo Romeo where for art thou Romeo? HE'S BEHIND YOU! A silly and not at all accurate depiction of Shakespeare works. Silly and so much fun

Hello!

The team at Breaking Narrative are so excited to come back to the Fringe this year with a fabulous show and we want to do it right this time.

We are a Neurodiverse led group and want to provide a space for everyone to share creative ideas.

Last year we funded Maladaptive Mouse through our own pockets and then split all proceeds with all the creatives.

We want to continue able to support actors and creatives and therefore would love to allow the company to start to break even.

How we will split proceeds:

Stage 1:

£1440 - VENUE COST

Of course we can't do a show without the venue and this is where the main bulk of the payments will go to. We are going Paradise at the Vault so a fun underground space and it's the first time performing with them.

£100 - INSURANCE

Simply put, we need this to perform. Keeps the creatives and audience safe.

£150 - MARKETING AND FLYERS

It wouldn't be the fringe if we didn't invade Edinburgh with flyers for a month. This will also go towards social media campaigns

£200 - TRAVEL

As most of the creatives are in Dundee we aim to give travel costs as we did our our own pockets last year.

Stage 2:

PROFIT SHARE THEREAFTER

We hope that after these fees are paid we will be able to share the proceeds we make at the Fringe with the actors and creatives.

Stage 3: (optional)

ACCOMMODATION -£400

If we make anything over the previous we will put that directly towards accommodation for all creatives and cast so that it is an easy commute. This is big bonus for us and will aid the health of the cast and creatives also as they don't have to travel in for a few hours everyday. This would also negate the use of the Travel portion of Stage 1.

As a small and up and coming group we would so appreciate your support and we are unbelievably excited to come back to Ed Fringe 2025!
