Our mission is to create a new-age disruptive digital beauty brand.
SHADY is a cosmetics brand which was started out of our love for makeup and all things beauty. Originally, our love for makeup began out of insecurity, however, over time it blossomed into a form of artistic expression and inner confidence and this is what we want SHADY to stand for. We are currently in the process of rebranding to really put this message at the forefront of our brand.
The ethos of SHADY is the empowerment of young women between the ages of 16-25 years old through our products, the use of our digital platforms and messages to enable them to be able to artistically express themselves in whichever way they want and explore their inner personas.
For too long the beauty industry has helped create, in the minds of young women, many insecurities in order to make profits. For us, makeup is about expression and not repression! Currently, in the beauty and cosmetics industry, there isn’t a company which utilises its brand to create a community of women by using its presence to help women connect with each other and tackle social issues such as beauty standards whilst offering innovative and creative products and content. We would like to fill this space.
Our vision is to expand our messaging across new product launches and to expand and grow our brand by reaching the masses through social media advertising so we can really get our empowerment message out to the masses. So, any funding received will go towards supporting our rebrand including the development/launch of new products and will also be spent on advertising. The aim is to expand our brand and grow immensely in 2020. Please help us grow and allow us to spread our message!
We appreciate your support!
