I am aiming to open the very first UK based sex doll establishment. As a rental premises I will loan life size dolls to adventurous clients. 

I have experience in the industry - please kindly see my partners establishment in Germany. A simple Google search will verify my claim under the company name of Bordoll. 

I am sure your first questions is ; Is it legal? 

I can wholeheartedly say, of course it is. The premises will run under an entertainment license from the local council. The essence of this business is a rental service, the clients will be charged for their time spent with the property, no other services are provided or implied in any way. 

I desire to run a clean and open to all business with a twist. After all not so long ago we were renting VHS cassettes for a days, this is no different. 

The location will preferably be London Soho due to the huge influx of visitors of this particular nature, not to mention millions of other office workers/tourists/clubbers of the area. 

Here are the maths : 

A1 premises for rent circa ~ 15K including deposit 

Dolls are ~ £1800 due to the pound being weak at the moment x 6

Decoration/refurbishment of the premises circa ~ 3K
