We're still collecting donations
On the 15th January 2024 we'd raised £740 with 44 supporters in 56 days. But as every pound matters, we're continuing to collect donations from supporters.
Our aim is to create a safe space for the community to access Holistic Therapies for Wellness, Wellbeing, and Recovery.

Who are we?
We are Kev and Luca.
We met through our shared passion for Cold Water Exposure, and through time we discovered that between us, we have been through our own share of personal battles regarding mental health, and general health related issues.
We both realised that once we accepted that we were struggling and we needed help it was then a minefield to try and access that help.
Whether that be through not knowing what was available, not knowing where to find them, or what avenue was best to go down. It was very difficult.
And when mental health is suffering, just getting out of bed can be a struggle in itself
When trying to access things through the NHS, the waiting period for assistance in mental health matters is absurd, and growing daily.
We both managed to find the determination to get ourselves on the right track and through various different avenues we found ourselves sharing our very similar stories and decided we should try and find a way to assist people finding themselves in similar situations.
Our Vision
The Pandemic has played a huge role in everyone's self-awareness around overall health, the understanding that your health is more than just physical or mental, but an inclusion of all layers of self.
Our vision is to open a Wellness Centre providing a wide range of Therapies under one roof. This will include treatments for Physical Health and recovery, as well as Mental health assistance.
We will also have a large area for hire to conduct workshops, classes, seminars, and retreats.
There will be a walk in 'Relax' area, with tea and coffee facilities for anyone from the local community to pop in. Have a coffee and a chat.
There will be Mental Health First Aid trained staff ready to assist if anyone would like some guidance in getting the help they need.
This will be a non clinical environment for people to come and talk, or even just to get out of the house and have somewhere to just be.
Once operational, our intention is to set aside a fund. This would be allocated to assist those in need.
Those finding themselves at the end of a long NHS waiting list, but need help now!
Those needing to go along the route of private care, but may find themselves in financial difficulty.
Your mental health should never be dependant on your bank balance!
We already have an agreement in place for premises.
We already have therapists and service providers on board.
How will this crowdfund be used?
The funds generated will used for the materials and labour to get the premises up to the expectations of our users.
We need to create a clean, inviting space. With warm, inviting treatment rooms.
A place where you will be drawn to come again and again, and we intend to spare no expense in this!
