Aim
Help support Millport September Weekend! We need to raise funds towards the firework display and you can help us get more bang for our buck!
The Isle of Cumbrae Tourist Association are looking to raise £3000.00 towards the spectacular 'September Weekend' which provides all-round weekend family entertainment including the showstopper firework extravaganza!
The impact of covid left us unable to fundraise as we have done previously and this year we have the added expense of applying for permits, insurances and other increased costs.
This weekend has always been a huge part of Millport's history spanning almost one hundred years and we would love to be able to continue providing all aspects of the weekend from the kid's talent show, crabbing contest, sandcastle competition also much more, all coming together at the magnificent firework display.
All contributions will be greatly received and very much appreciated. We are so excited about the September weekend being back to its full glory and are looking forward to seeing you all then.
** We are still awaiting news on our Public Entertainment Licence should this not be given we will use the funds for the benefit of the community .**
