My aim is to create greater awareness of our senses, and their role in our well being, through a range of experiential products and services

The Sensory Coach

The Sensory Coach was an idea that came about as I discovered more about my own unique sensory connections and the impact not understanding them had on my life. 

I've always been passionate about learning what makes us humans tick, and sharing what I've learnt with others. 

I'm a problem solver and action taker by nature, so when I feel something is missing, I'll go out and create it. 

I definitely feel that sensory education that goes beyond babies, primary school children and those with special needs, is very much a missing element in our society. 

It's my belief that having a greater understanding of how your sensory type impacts your life, and the lives of those around you, can have a profound effect on relationships - both with ourselves and others. If you're curious to know more, please do take the free Sensory Types Quiz on my website.

What Is Sensory Alchemë?

Alchemy is 'a seemingly magical process of transformation, creation, or combination.'   

Sensory Alchemë is a magical, sensory route to creative transformation and delight! 

It's (mainly) the aromatic playground of The Sensory Coach, but I also want to incorporate other sense elements too. 

For instance, my signature aromatherapy blends will also come with a bonus video demonstrating an appropriate healing mudra, accompanied by a corresponding sound healing tone and/or meditation. 

The Romancing the Soul blend will also come with the unique option to sign up for the e-course of the same name, which is a 10 day challenge to get you to experience a deeper dive into self love and compassion.

I currently have 3 signature aromatherapy blends ready to go: 

• The Self Compassion Blend
• Romancing the Soul
• Sweet Dreams

They've all been carefully formulated to help you embody self compassion, self love and to bring about a peaceful night's sleep. 

The self compassion blend is really helpful for anxiety and has already helped friends and family to more easily relax, and has even helped a couple of people to relax enough to overcome their terror of flying!

Where Will The Money Go?

The money raised from pledges will pay for:

• the cosmetic safety certificates needed to sell my blends and body care products
• business insurance 
• packaging
• ingredients 

If I'm lucky enough to raise more than my £1000 target, I will be able to:

• create a wider range of aromatherapy blends
• create a Sensory Journal
• learn how to create even more allergy friendly body care products

Allergy Friendly Products

A really important element of Sensory Alchemë is that it is allergy friendly. As someone who has multiple allergies and sensitivities, I know first hand just how difficult it can be to find safe skin products.

My products will always be free from the top 14 major allergens, but I want to go further than that! 

I know that there are many more problematic allergens than just the top 14, so I will have a one to one consultancy element within Sensory Alchemë for those who would like a bespoke formulation that addresses their unique requirements.

The Big Picture In A (Not)Nut Shell 

Sensory Alchemë is the name which the aromatherapy products from The Sensory Coach will be known by. 

But it's just one element of a much bigger dream to get everyone talking about The Senses in a much deeper way. 

I truly believe that self knowledge leads to self love which leads to being happy and confident enough to value and respect difference in others, something we really need in a world that can seem increasingly lacking in kindness and compassion. It starts with us, and it starts with the senses!
