Send Bent Key to the Fringes!

Aim

Bent Key is going on tour! We are raising £1000 to cover transport and accommodation for all of our artists to get to Brighton and Camden.

Bent Key is an ethical publisher, founded to raise the voices of marginalised writers - artists from the working classes, queer writers, dyslexic writers, neurodiverse creators - and we are going on tour!

We are looking to raise £1000 to cover the costs of transport and accommodation for all of our artists so they are able to attend and perform at our stage shows at The Brighton and Camden Fringe Festivals in Summer 2022.

We have a cracking line-up of seven amazing artists -

• Anthony Briscoe - aka The Bard of Blackpool
• Rebecca Kenny - founder of Bent Key
• Loll Perkin - The Demon Barber Bard of Manchester
• Mark Forster - aka The Bee Bar Barman
• Tom Stocks - aka The Chubby Northerner
• Tonkabell - short. Writes a lot. Two sandwiches short of a picnic
• James Walton - aka The Pie Barm Poet

We don't expect our artists to pay for themselves, but as a small and brand-new venture, we can't cover all of the costs in full without it affecting our ability to publish more diverse voices - which is where you come in!

Help send this amazing talent south of the Watford Gap so we can show the South exactly what us Northerners are capable of.

Many of Bent Key's artists are huge talents with a lot to offer; help make all of our dreams come true.
