Fundraising to support my campaign to be elected the next Labour and Cooperative London Assembly member for North East.
I'm standing to represent North East London (Islington, Hackney and Waltham Forest) on the London Assembly.
I have strong connections all over the North East constituency. I have been a Labour councillor in Hackney for 7 years, though I used to live and work in Islington. My mum lives in Walthamstow, and I previously worked for a youth charity in Chingford. I feel I really understand the needs and the priorities of the constituents I wish to represent.
I am passionate about Labour values: I also work to support trade unions, advising them on lobbying for workers' rights. I campaign on housing and have worked supporting social tenants in Islington. I am a cabinet member on Hackney council advising the Mayor on the rights of private renters and the affordability of housing.
Please consider donating to my campaign. Money will mostly be spent on reaching out to potential Labour voters across the 3 boroughs through paid advertising and on any other costs directly involved in my election campaign.
Money is being donated to Sem Moema, Labour and Cooperative London Assembly candidate for North East London. Permissibility checks will be undertaken in compliance with the rules and information about donations, including donor details, may be published.
Promoted by and on behalf of Sem Moema at 23 Orford Rd, London E17
