Who We Are
Scottish Fair Trade is Scotland's campaign for fair and sustainable trade. For years, we’ve supported Fair Trade towns, schools, universities, faith groups, and local communities, empowering citizens to understand global inequalities and take action. Our team combines experience in campaigning, education, and youth engagement, and we’re passionate about ensuring young people have a central role in shaping the movement’s future.
Why the Youth Collective Matters
While Fair Trade is widely supported across Scotland, young people often lack pathways to get involved. The Youth Collective changes that. By providing training, mentoring, and practical campaign experience, we equip young people to become confident Fair Trade advocates, run workshops, and share the movement’s message in their communities. Your support allows us to reach more young people, amplify diverse voices, and grow the movement across Scotland.
Scotland recently renewed its status as a Fair Trade Nation, giving fresh energy to the movement. This is a pivotal moment to build momentum: strengthening grassroots action, inspiring young people, and ensuring Scotland remains a leader in trade justice.
