The UK’s first anonymous voice note platform for men's mental health. No signups, no names, no judgement. Your voice could save his life
The Real Problem
We’ve collected over 280 anonymous voice notes from men across the UK. Men talking about money, marriage, work, and everything else they normally keep to themselves.
The route in has to be where men actually are. For us, that means football grounds.
We put QR codes directly on the backs of stadium seats and safer standing rails. A lad scans it on his phone and lands straight on the website. No sign-ups, no downloading apps, no names attached. Just an anonymous space to hear what other men are going through or leave a voice note of your own.
Why We’re Expanding
We know the route works because we’ve already done it.
We put these codes into St Mary’s with Southampton FC and Roots Hall with Southend United. Fans saw them and used them. One Southampton supporter saw the club talking about the QR rollout, followed the route to Say It Lad and recorded an anonymous voice note.
It doesn’t ask a bloke to book an appointment, fill in a form or introduce himself to anyone. He scans a code and decides what happens next.
What the Funds Buy
We run this lean. The money raised will fund the next five football grounds:
Printing: Getting the physical QR stickers made.
Travel and installation: Getting to the five clubs and getting the codes onto the seats and safer standing rails.
Website costs: Keeping the platform running fast and stable as more fans use it.
Five more grounds gets this in front of tens of thousands more men every Saturday.
