Fal Fishery Cooperative CIC
27th March 2020So glad we made it! THANK YOU!
WE HAVE NOW REACHED THE “ALL OR NOTHING“ TARGET! A MASSIVE THANKS TO ALL OF YOU WHO SUPPORTED! An extra big thumbs up to you all especially in these very challenging and uncertain times for all of us!
The Habitat Regulation Assessment was officially signed off today too, so we have all the licenses in place for the Aquaculture Site and we start the tenancy on 1st April 2020, but Cornwall Council have kindly given 2 extra months rent free given the COVID-19 restrictions in place.
If you donated and selected rewards, I do have t-shirts and totes in stock already and I will personally be screen printing them when the screens arrive, I will contact each of you to see what size t-shirt you would prefer and get them to you when they are ready for dispatch! However the beanies, tea towels and other rewards maybe a little delayed as the CIC couldn’t order before receiving the crowd funds and now most companies have shut down temporarily, but rest assured you will get them when things return to normal, I promise! If you selected Fal Oysters as a reward I do have a few reserved for you in the tanks and when I am provided with the full list of ‘rewards selected’ from Crowdfunder then I will be in touch to see where you would like me to send them!
Seriously, I cannot thank you enough, truly truly grateful... I might even pour myself a glass of Skinner’s Porthleven from my cupboard rations and take a moment to reflect!
