We're still collecting donations
On the 1st December 2020 we'd raised £760 with 38 supporters in 218 days. But as every pound matters, we're continuing to collect donations from supporters.

On the 1st December 2020 we'd raised £760 with 38 supporters in 218 days. But as every pound matters, we're continuing to collect donations from supporters.
The Craufurd Arms is part of a national initiative launched by Music Venue Trust to prevent the closure of hundreds of independent music venues.
Our venue faces closure because of the high level of standing costs that are involved with our venue, these costs are on hold but will still need to be paid in the not to distant future. We have outstanding Bills with our brewery as we have been unable to return the high levels of stock we had ordered for a busy period at the end of Feb continuing through March, we have been fortunate to have a rent reduction but with no income this is still impossible to cover.
Your donations will be used to pay our ongoing standing running costs such as rent & insurances, outstanding stock payments with the brewery, PRS and other licenses, Utilities, waste & sanitary collections, covering outstanding stock debts, bank charges (loans & overdrafts) and costs and accumulating HMRC costs such as PAYE, VAT etc.
If we hit our target, and we can prevent the closure of our venue, everything above the amount we need will be donated to the Music Venue Trust GMV Crisis Fund to protect other venues just like ours, right across the country.
We ask project owners to honour their rewards wherever possible but please note that all pledges are donations and there is no guarantee that you will receive any rewards from the project owner. Please see our Terms of Use for more information regarding rewards for pledges.
