Stanhope Travel is a small local family business based in the Durham Dales. We are an Independent Travel Agency backed by one of the most trusted names in the industry.
Since opening in May 2007 we have built up a reputation for individual care and attention, and giving professional, unbiased advice. Each one of our highly trained consultants has the knowledge and passion to exceed all expectations and match all individual needs.
Because we are a small family business we care, and we will offer the best package for you. We are members of ABTA & ATOL, and as part of a larger organisation we have the buying power to offer you the best value around. We keep the prices low and the quality high.
We are a Member of ABTA which means you have the benefit of ABTA’s assistance and Code of Conduct. Many of the travel arrangements that we sell are protected in case of the financial failure of the travel company. Please ask us about the protection that applies to your booking.
We have an emergency contact number available 24 hours a day, so you are never on your own. There is always a friendly voice on the other end of the line offering solutions and reassurance to any unforeseen circumstances that may occur when traveling abroad.
