#SaveOurVenues - Bootleg Social Blackpool

Bootleg Social is part of a national initiative launched by Music Venue Trust to prevent the closure of hundreds of independent music venues. 

Due to the Covid 19 crisis we closed our doors on Thursday 19th March. so far we have managed to ride out the storm, but funds are now starting to run low. We've had many requests from people asking how they can help, so we feel like now is the time to set up a page so people can do just that. We will be adding more rewards and merch options over the coming week. But all support will be massively appreciated.

Your donations will be used to enable us to get back to the point of re-opening. Keep on top of ongoing bills (rent, utilities, insurances, licences etc are still having to be paid while we remain closed) A lot of our craft beers / ales have gone out-of-date while being closed so we will also need to re-buy a lot of stock. Also from August, it is looking like we will have to start contributing towards the Furlough payments of our staff which could prove tough if were not back trading (which is looking unlikely.

If we hit our target, and we can prevent the closure of our venue, everything above the amount we need will be donated to the Music Venue Trust GMV Crisis Fund to protect other venues just like ours, right across the country.
