We’re coming to the last 24 hours of our Crowdfunding campaign and, firstly, want tot thank everyone who’s donated, shared and supported us over the last month. We’ve been blown away by the incredibly kind words and level of generosity that people have shown us!

With the funds we’ve raised we will be able to cover our fixed costs for a few more months, this means that the jobs of our bar staff and venue team are also protected for the time being. Behind the scenes we’ve also been pushing the government to pressure landlords into offering some relief on rent, through the #nationaltimeout campaign.

Our costs to remain closed are £25k a month, this is not sustainable in the longer term so we’re working hard to bring those costs down to let us focus on the ongoing needs of our staff and eventually getting the doors back open so we all have jobs to come back to. In the meantime, everything we can raise in this last 24 hours will continue to extend our ability to outrun this crisis.

Everyone who’s donated has made a difference, that much is for sure. The future is much brighter than it was four weeks ago, with the immediate threat to the venue averted we are deeply grateful to you all.
